Founded in 1982, Haines Minicoaches was born from Ian and Brenda Haines’s shared vision: to build a transport service rooted in absolute dependability and genuine care. Together, they have guided the company from its early days into one of the region’s most trusted independent operators.
Ian brings decades of expert transport knowledge to the helm—even earning the prestigious title of UK Coach Rally Mini Driver of the Year. Behind the scenes, Brenda’s dedication to seamless administration and customer relations ensures that every booking is handled with care.
Today, Ian and Brenda still oversee daily operations from our custom hub in Leatherhead, ensuring the standards they established over four decades ago are met every single day.

Regular Safety Checks: Every minicoach goes through its mandatory 8-week safety inspection and regular MOT testing to ensure it is 100% roadworthy.
In-House Workshop: Having our own workshop in Leatherhead means we can keep a close eye on our vehicles every single day.
Fully Licensed: We hold a full PSV International Operators License, meaning we meet all the official legal requirements for travel across the UK and Europe.
